Marketing Assistant

Who we are Looking For:

We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and detail oriented marketing assistant to help manage and develop current marketing processes as well as take sales phone calls.

About Us:

We are a fast growing Manual Therapy clinic in The Woodlands, Tx. We are NOT your typical therapy practice, running from treatment room to treatment room. We have a full gym at our disposal and trainers to transition our graduated clients to for the continuum of care. We schedule 1 hour with each patient giving us time to do manual therapy, rehab and strength training. We do this because we believe this is the model for true patient-centered care. 

Marketing Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to marketing department.
  • Document & Execute marketing strategy.
  • Work with marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Write and create industry specific blogs (Physical Therapy/ Health and Wellness)
  • Create reports on marketing performance.
  • Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with social media and website content when necessary
  • Organize and manage marketing collateral.
  • Track ROI on marketing materials 
  • Sales Phone Calls

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED certificate
  • 1-3 years experience in marketing or equivalent education
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
  • Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) a plus
  • Digital photography and video editing experience a plus
