This is not a traditional personal training job. You won’t have to cold call a list of gym members or walk around looking for individuals interested in training services, instead, you’ll focus on delivering high-quality training, building relationships with clients, and continuously expanding your expertise.

Requirements:
- Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification
- Corrective Exercise Certification or other advanced training certification preferred (but not required)
- A warm and welcoming demeanor – making clients feel comfortable and motivated
- Natural empathy and compassion– especially for those dealing with pain
- Willingness to learn and take constructive feedback
- Strong attention to detail – both in coaching and communication
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized training programs that align with client goals and long-term health.
- Maintain relationships with clients by coaching, encouraging, and tracking progress.
- Ensure clients use proper form and technique to maximize performance and minimize injury risk.
- Support clinic operations, including answering phone calls, managing schedules, and handling follow-ups as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training space.
